This article presents the G. Baev’s work on the public credit in the Terek oblast. G. Baev is known as a public figure and publicist, who wrote on the most actual questions of public and economic development of the region in the early 20th century. The authors give attention to importance of the Baev’s work for the development of cooperative movement in the North Caucasian region. In their opinion the Baev’s contribution to the cooperative movement is serious. |
